Our Commitment Areas
Education & Digital Access
We partner with schools and universities across India, Malaysia, and the UK to deliver digital literacy programmes. Our engineers volunteer as mentors, running coding workshops for underserved communities. To date we have trained 4,200+ students in foundational technology skills.
Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to net-zero operations by 2040 across all six of our global offices. This includes a 40% reduction in carbon emissions by 2030, renewable energy sourcing, and a zero single-use-plastic policy in our workspaces. We offset remaining emissions through certified reforestation projects in Tamil Nadu and Borneo.
Community Development
Our VFACE Community Fund supports grassroots organisations in every country we operate in. From rural infrastructure in Tamil Nadu to digital access programmes in Kuala Lumpur, we put resources where they have the greatest multiplier effect on local economies.
Inclusive Growth
We believe equitable hiring is a business imperative, not a checkbox. Forty-eight percent of our leadership roles are held by women. Our teams represent 22 nationalities. We offer returnship programmes for career-gap professionals and actively recruit from non-traditional educational pathways.
Volunteering
Our People, In Action
Every VFACE employee receives three paid volunteering days per year. Our teams choose their causes — from mentoring engineering students to coastal clean-up drives in Singapore. In 2025, our global workforce collectively contributed 5,800 hours of community time across 14 countries.
