Giving machines the power to sense.

Olfactory sensor arrays and AI signal processing — from food safety to healthcare diagnostics, agriculture to industrial quality control.

What we offer

E-Nose Technology services

Olfactory Sensor Array Design

We design and calibrate multi-sensor arrays combining metal oxide semiconductors, electrochemical sensors, and optical detectors tuned to the specific volatile compound signatures relevant to your application. Array geometry, sensor selection, and signal conditioning are co-designed with the ML classification layer from the outset.

Food Safety & Quality Control

Real-time spoilage detection, freshness grading, and adulteration identification across meat, dairy, produce, and packaged goods — integrated directly into production line conveyor and storage systems. Detection decisions are made in seconds, not the 24–48 hours required by microbiological lab testing.

Healthcare Diagnostics

Non-invasive disease screening through breath and wound biomarker detection, targeting conditions with established volatile organic compound signatures including diabetes, kidney disease, and infection markers. Diagnostic models are trained and validated on clinical datasets with medical device standards in mind.

Precision Agriculture

Soil health monitoring, crop disease early detection, and harvest-readiness assessment through field-deployed sensor networks that report volatile compound profiles continuously. Early disease detection typically provides a 10–14 day intervention window before visual symptoms appear.

Industrial Process Monitoring

Continuous ambient air quality monitoring and process gas analysis for chemical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing environments — with alarm thresholds, trend logging, and SCADA integration. Replaces periodic manual sampling with continuous automated oversight at lower total cost.

Client outcome

Food Processing

A food processing manufacturer was relying on lab-based microbiological testing with a 48-hour turnaround, meaning spoiled batches were often packed and partially distributed before rejection results returned — generating $800K in annual recall and write-off costs.

96%reduction in detection time
  • Deployed 12-sensor array across 3 production lines with sub-3-minute batch assessment
  • ML classifier trained on 50,000+ odour profiles covering 14 spoilage organism types
  • Integrated with existing SCADA systems for automated line rejection without operator intervention
