Sasedharen Chinnathambi founded MexaSoft Technologies in London, United Kingdom in 2004 after a decade leading enterprise IT transformation programmes across India and Southeast Asia. Under his leadership the company expanded to become VFACE, establishing offices on five continents and forging a strategic IBM partnership. He drives the company's mission to deliver AI-led digital transformation to enterprise clients across 40+ countries.

Priya joined VFACE from IBM Research, where she led the Asia-Pacific AI engineering team responsible for Watson enterprise deployments across financial services and healthcare. At VFACE she oversees all technical strategy, AI practice delivery, and IBM partnership engineering programmes.

His focus is accelerating VFACE's presence in regulated industries including financial services, legal technology, and healthcare.
