Engagement dashboards are easy. Evidence that students actually learned more is harder and far more persuasive to a board.
Pick a baseline before launch
Run a short diagnostic assessment on the cohort before the pilot starts. Without it, later improvement cannot be attributed to the programme rather than to the year group.
Compare like with like
Use a comparison class or the same cohort in the previous term, and keep the assessment content aligned with the curriculum. Report effect size with the sample size so the claim can be checked.
Report to teachers first
Teachers who see mastery gaps by topic can act the same week. Aggregate results for leadership only after teachers trust the numbers.
